Our Refund Policy’s designed to be fair and clear, so you can book with confidence, whether you’re joining us for a Jeju trek or an online workshop. Here’s how it works.

Offline Retreats (In-Person)
For our in-person retreats, like the Lunar Harmony Retreat or Han River Cosmic Retreat, we ask for full payment upfront to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing via email. Cancel 14 days or more before the retreat starts, and you’ll get a 50% refund of the total cost—pretty fair, right? Less than 14 days, we can’t offer refunds due to commitments with our venues, guides, and vegan chefs. But we’ll work with you to apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat within 12 months, if possible.
Online Retreats and Workshops
For virtual programs, like the Celestial Balance Workshop or Virtual Moon Path Immersion, we also require full payment at booking. Cancel 7 days or more before the start date, and you’ll get a 50% refund—no fuss. If it’s less than 7 days, refunds aren’t available cause we’ve already set up Zoom, guides, and digital materials. But you’ll still have access to session recordings for the stated period (usually 14-30 days), so you won’t miss out entirely.
No-Shows and Early Departures
If you miss an in-person retreat or leave early, we can’t offer refunds or credits, since your spot’s reserved and costs are locked in. For online retreats, if you don’t show up, you’ll still get the recordings, but no refunds apply. We wanna make sure everyone gets the most from their cosmic experience, so reach out if something’s up!
Cancellations by AstroKorea
Rarely, we might need to cancel a retreat—like if a shaman’s unavailable or weather’s too wild for a Jeju hike. If that happens, you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked, or you can choose a credit for another retreat. We’ll notify you ASAP via email or phone and make it right. Your peace of mind’s our priority.

How to Request a Refund
Need to cancel? Just email us with your name, retreat details, and booking confirmation. We’ll process refunds within 10 business days, back to your original payment method. If you’re requesting a credit, let us know which future retreat you’re eyeing, and we’ll sort it out. Easy-peasy!
Changes to This Policy
We might update this Refund Policy now and then to keep things clear or reflect new retreat formats. Any changes will be posted here, and we’ll give you a heads-up if they affect your booking. This policy’s current as of May 15, 2025.
